Branding & Marketing
A New Mental Health Care Vision
New York-based Singula Institute prioritized strategic marketing and communications as it prepared to attract patients for its clinical services and seek new donors to support research and community outreach. Through a dialogue with board members and other stakeholders facilitated by ReVision Principal Strategist, Singula was able to create a simple brand idea based on its core health care services, research, and values. The result was more compelling messaging and a marketing plan that could be delivered with cleaner, bolder, and more inviting visual identity. It was part of a broader effort to support strategic communications on a limited budget. Other initiatives included a blog on Psychology Today’s website and other media outreach to establish Singula and its founder for its expertise related to anxiety and depression.
Content & Storytelling
A Compelling Leadership Story in San Diego
The San Diego Regional Task Force on Homelessness and the San Diego Housing Commission led a crisis response during the COVID-19 pandemic. Their success in keeping the community safe did not occur by chance. It resulted from strategic decisions made by policy leaders supporting people experiencing homelessness. ReVision Strategy & Communications collaborated with the Impact Center to craft a narrative that highlights these leadership achievements. ReVision developed a content strategy to document actions and contextualize them effectively. Desmond spoke with all the key politicians, policymakers, experts, and community leaders involved. It culminated in a compelling report that showcases their leadership success.
Capacity Building
Helping Experts Make the Complex Simple
A research team in India had a problem. It was skilled at conducting technical economic research, but less adept at summarizing its findings in a way that could capture the attention of policymakers and business leaders. We helped the team rethink how it prepared reports so that it could present its findings around key messages and access better design to present data more effectively. The result was reports with clear ideas, simpler language, cleaner presentation. ReVision helped them create easy to understand executive summaries that spoke to busy policymakers and decisionmakers. We helped the team build capacity, so they had the understanding and skills to improve current and future reports.
